About Us
Welcome to Universal Elements Healing and Wellness! My name is Heather, and I am a certified Reiki Master Practitioner and Energy Healer working with both humans and animals. I currently live in the midwest with my husband, 2 teenage children and 3 cats. Energy work found me several years ago when I was in the midst of some significant life changes, and as I became more familiar with various healing modalities, I realized my intuitive gifts have always been a part of who I am even when I wasn't as aware. As the years progress, I'm stepping more and more courageously into those abilities while simultaneously being able to help others along their healing journeys. I recently left my career in the veterinary field, and while I loved what I did and the people I worked alongside, I'm becoming intensely aware that my purpose encompasses more than my current "comfort zone." With that, I continue to advance my education and training, and I am excited to be adding Life and Spiritual Coaching to my list of available offerings. Each session performed is unique to the individual involving an intuitive combination of Reiki, elemental energies and various portions of other healing modalities. Sessions are performed remotely during a scheduled time, and the recipient is welcome to choose to be in a quiet place or carry on about their day, whichever is more comfortable. Each session is completed with a general balancing of the chakras and followed by a written interpretation of what was seen and felt by the practitioner. Recipients are encouraged to share their experience as well. Sessions can be scheduled by filling out the online booking form below.
Energy Healing, including Reiki, can be a beneficial tool by bringing balance back into your life by assisting in relaxation, tension release, stress reduction and in some cases, an overall decrease in pain perception.
