Reiki/Energy Healing Sessions:

Each session is performed remotely in an energetically cleansed space and intuitively tailored to the individual.  I complete each session with an overall cleansing and balancing of the chakras and follow up with a message detailing what was intuitively seen and felt within the energetic body.  I encourage each recipient to hydrate well and allow the energy to continue to clear and balance as needed.  

Life and Spiritual Coaching Program/Sessions:

This intuitive program consists of 6 1-hour sessions that will inclide a blend of coaching and energy work. In the initial session, we will discuss your goals and what you're hoping to accomplish through these sessions and finish with an energetic clearing. Throughout the 6 weeks we are working together, we will identify any blockages, limiting beliefs, and/or subconscious programming that may be preventing you from obtaining your goals. Each session will be tailored to the individual. We will evaluate at the end of 6 weeks, and anyone wishing to continue with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions may do so at that time. I want to be sure to mention that while I do have experience and training in trauma and recovery, this program is not intended to replace therapy or counseling, and anyone in need of such from a licensed professional should speak with their primary care physician. This program is designed to be supplemental alongside traditional medical care and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure illnesses.

Individual Life and/or Spiritual Coaching sessions will be offered at the same rate as my current Reiki & Energy Healing Sessions for anyone looking for something a little less structured.

6 Week Life/Spiritual Coaching Program - $285 ($75 savings vs individual session cost.  Must be paid in full by date of first session.)  **Please contact us if you'd like to schedule and utilize the 6 week program vs individual sessions.**
